Device Application

This sprayer is widely used to combat all types of pests and diseases on farms and in tall trees, for large-scale liquid spraying, and for disinfecting roads.

1. Uniform Spraying: The sprayer provides uniform and consistent spraying by producing a consistent droplet size, eliminating human error, and increasing work speed and efficiency (with a spray range of 35 to 50 meters).
2. Reduced Pesticide Use: It reduces pesticide consumption by 50% compared to traditional spray guns, prevents chemical runoff, and helps protect the environment.
3. Durable Tank: The sprayer features a three-part polyethylene tank that is resistant to direct sunlight and various chemical pesticides. It includes a main tank, a hand-wash tank, and a circuit-washing tank.
4. Self-Filling System: The sprayer is equipped with a suction-based tank filler, preventing direct contact between the chemical tank and water sources. It has a two-lid tank for simultaneously filling with water and chemicals.
5. Anti-Drip Nozzles: Features anti-drip, double, brass nozzles to prevent pesticide waste and allow for a controlled spray volume.
6. Hydraulic Mixer: A hydraulic mixer ensures the solution is uniform during spraying and prevents pesticides from settling.
7. Articulated PTO Shaft: An articulated PTO shaft is used to transfer power from the PTO to the pump, which increases maneuverability and reduces wear.
8. Powder-Solubility Filter: The lid has a built-in filter to help dissolve powdered pesticides.
9. Multi-Stage Filtration: The system includes a plastic filter for large debris, a brass-silicon filter for medium particles, and a final valved brass filter at the end of the sprayer to prevent sand from clogging the nozzles.
10. Durable Chassis: The sprayer’s chassis is reinforced with a 10-ton steel hitch for increased durability.
11. Adjustable Axle: Equipped with wide rims and tires for ease of use on slopes and in ditches. The axle (width and height) and hitch (length) are adjustable on trailer-type sprayers.
12. Strong Frame: The chassis has a U-shaped profile and industrial box section with a bottom plate to prevent the sprayer from hitting the ground.
13. Unique Fan Design: The fan’s design ensures full spray coverage. In addition to the main fan pipe, a nozzle is also installed next to it to provide extra coverage.
14. Centrifugal Fan: The centrifugal fan with a flexible hose features a hydraulic motor with horizontal rotation and a hydraulic jack for vertical rotation. It also has a two-speed gearbox with a central clutch to enhance performance and extend the lifespan of the fan and gearbox.
15. LED Lights: Equipped with LED lights for spraying at night and ensuring safe road travel.
