Lance Sprayer

For agricultural and orchard tractors with 40 HP and above

Application

This sprayer is used to combat pests, diseases, and weeds in farms and orchards. It is also suitable for disinfecting livestock and poultry facilities. The operation is performed manually by an operator.

Connection to Tractor

• Mounted (Trailer Type): Available in 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000-liter capacities.
• Trailer (Wheeled Type): Available in 1000, 2000, and 3000-liter capacities.

• Strong Frame: The chassis has a U-shaped profile and an industrial box section, with a bottom plate to prevent the sprayer from hitting the ground.
• Durable Hoses: Uses 90-bar hoses for increased durability and longevity.
• Hydraulic Mixer: A hydraulic mixer ensures the solution is uniform during spraying and prevents pesticides from settling.

10. Self-Filling System: The sprayer includes a suction-based tank filler, preventing direct contact between the chemical tank and water sources.
11. Multi-Stage Filtration: The system includes a plastic filter for large debris, a brass-silicon filter for medium particles, and a final valved brass filter at the end to prevent sand from clogging the nozzles.
12. Powder-Solubility Filter: The tank lid has a built-in filter to help dissolve powdered pesticides.
13. European Standards: The lance and plastic/brass filters comply with European standards.
14. Adjustable Axle & Hitch: The axle (width and height) and hitch (length) are adjustable on trailer-type sprayers.
15. Wheeled Jack: Equipped with a wheeled jack for easy height adjustment when connecting to a tractor and for transportation.
16. LED Lights: Features LED lights for nighttime spraying and safe road travel.
