Atomizer Sprayer – Orchard Type

Device Application

This machine is used for spraying and applying liquid fertilizers in orchards (such as citrus, peaches, and apples).

Air-blast sprayers use a high volume of air to propel the pressurized solution from the nozzles over a longer distance. The air-liquid mixture prevents droplets from colliding and changing in size, ensuring that the droplet diameter remains uniform and controlled throughout the entire spraying path.

4. Self-Filling System (Trailer Models): Equipped with a suction-based tank filler (to prevent direct contact between the chemical tank and water sources). Trailer models have a two-lid tank for simultaneous filling with water and chemicals.
5. Anti-Drip Nozzles: Equipped with double, brass, anti-drip nozzles to prevent wastage and allow for adjustable spray volume.
6. Hydraulic Mixer: Features a hydraulic mixer to ensure the uniform distribution of the solution and prevent chemicals from settling during spraying.
7. Articulated PTO Shaft: An articulated PTO shaft is used to transfer power from the PTO to the pump, increasing maneuverability and reducing wear.
8. Powder-Solubility Filter: The tank lid has a built-in filter to help dissolve powdered chemicals.
9. Multi-Stage Filtration: Features a plastic filter to separate large particles, a brass-silicon filter for medium particles, and a final valved brass filter at the end of the sprayer to prevent nozzles from clogging with sand.
10. Durable Chassis: The machine’s chassis is reinforced with a 10-ton steel tow bar for increased durability.
11. Adjustable Axle: Equipped with wide rims and tires for easy operation on slopes and uneven terrain. The axle (width and height) and hitch (length) are adjustable on trailer-type sprayers.
12. Unique Fan Design: The fan’s unique design includes a clutch and a two-speed gearbox with speeds ranging from 2430 to 1890 RPM. The fan body is made of rust-resistant steel, and it features fixed blades for proper air intake and movable blades for adjusting the angle (from 15 to 50 degrees) to control the air throw relative to tree height.
13. Strong Frame: The chassis has a U-shaped profile and an industrial box section, with a bottom plate to prevent the sprayer from hitting the ground.
14. LED Lights: Equipped with LED lights for spraying at night and ensuring safe road travel.
